The hotel offered a safe in the room. This provided peace of mind for my valuables. I also appreciated the speedy check-in. It made settling in very EASY.

the room felt ample with adequate space to move freely. i found bathrobes and slippers inside the closet, and this was unexpected. breakfast included sufficient options and varieties of foods. quick check in was efficient, and staff was helpful.

The room had all necessary amenities including a safe, a fridge, and a television. Free WiFi access was available. I appreciated the spacious bathroom. It included a shower over the bath, which suited my needs.
The restaurant staff seemed unpleasant. I found them stingy, and not particularly cute. Their demeanor did not contribute to a pleasant start to the day. The breakfast service could definitely improve in hospitality.

Staff at the reception were nice and helpful. This made the arrival process smooth. The room cleaning service was regular, with daily towel changes and water refills. It was good to return to the room and find small treats like sweets.

The room had a safe. it was useful for storing valuables. the metro station was very close. It made travel easy. breakfast was good. i enjoyed the variety of foods available.
The room was quite small. there was little space for luggage. there was no nice outdoor area. smokers stood at the entrance, facing the street. That was not very appealing.

The breakfast offered a great food choice along with excellent coffee. The location is super close to the Parque underground station. The room was a perfect size. It included tea and coffee.
The corridor on the 13th floor had a strong musty smell. The carpet seemed old and stained. The air conditioning could have been better. The room temperature only got to 24o celsius.
